MD Man Charged In Connection With Stabbing Death In Southeast DC
The Metropolitan Police Department announced Tuesday that an arrest has been made in the killing of a Southeast D.C. man on Saturday.
WASHINGTON, DC — The Metropolitan Police Department announced Tuesday that an arrest has been made in the killing of a Southeast D.C. man on Saturday morning.
Rodney Tyrone Lindsay, 54, of White Plains, Maryland, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second degree murder while armed. Terrence Gause, 53, was killed in the incident.
In their investigation, D.C. police learned that a stabbing occurred during a dispute between the two men who knew each other.

At about 8:15 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, police went to the 700 block of Adrian Street SE for the report of a stabbing. Gause was suffering from stab wounds when police arrived on the scene.
D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel transported Gause to the hospital, where he later died.
