Men with AK-47s Rob Armored Car in Northwest DC: Reports
BREAKING: D.C. police are searching for men armed with AK-47s who robbed an armored truck Wednesday.

WASHINGTON, DC — Police are searching for two men armed with AK-47s who robbed an armored truck at around noon on Wednesday, according to reports.
WJLA reports that the men took a bag from the driver of the truck in the 5400 block of 5th Street NW. The getaway car was driven by a third suspect. They were last seen headed eastbound on Kennedy Street NW, and the bag was later recovered.
The car, a black four-door sedan similar to a Dodge Charger, reportedly has Maryland plates with the first two numbers being 54.
