A mystery Racetrax player bought a ticket in Upper Marlboro and won the second largest prize in the game's history.
UPPER MARLBORO, MD — The Maryland Lottery is searching for the mystery Racetrax player from Washington DC who won the second largest prize in the game's history on Wednesday, March 22.
The mystery Washington DC resident won $194,188 from purchasing a ticket from the Corner Lounge at 105 Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
The new winner has 182 days to claim the prize in person at the Lottery headquarters at 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore. Lottery officials recommend players sign the back of winning tickets and keep them in a safe place until they can claim prizes.

Corner Lounge is also a winner. The store will receive a $1,941.88 bonus from the Lottery for selling a winning Racetrax ticket of $10,000 or more. The bonus is equal to 1 percent of the prize.
Ironically, Corner Lounge is just down the street from the Lottery retailer who sold that largest-ever Racetrax ticket. On December 10, 2015, a Washington DC resident won $361,842 at a Wawa located at 163 Crain Highway.
