Naked Man Goes Crazy On Metro Train, Attacks Riders (Video)

After assaulting riders, he got off the train and performed calisthenics on the platform until police arrived, according to one report.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A naked man has been arrested after attacking Metro riders Thursday morning at the Dupont Circle station in D.C., according to multiple reports.

At 5:45 a.m., the man reportedly was acting aggressively toward Metro riders. Specifically, Steve Chenevey of Fox 5 tweeted that the man assaulted someone on the train, exited the train at Dupont and then "did naked calisthenics on the platform."

The man reportedly ignored orders from responding police officers, prompting an officer to use a stun gun on him. He was then taken into custody.

Two victims had minor injuries, according to the Washington Post, which reported that the man may have been under the influence of narcotics. Charges are pending against him.

UPDATE 1:42 p.m.: Police have arrested a suspect in the incident, according to a Metro Transit Police tweet: "Naked subject arrested at Dupont Circle this morning identified as Deon Tyrel TOYE, 24, of District Heights. Updated charges: Robbery Force & Violence, Threats in a Menacing Manner, Threats to do Bodily Harm."
