Boston-based Oath Pizza, along with Peet's Coffee, will open at Insignia on M.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A new pizza joint and a coffee shop have announced they will lease space in the new luxury apartment complex Insignia on M in D.C.'s Capitol Riverfront neighborhood.
Boston-based Oath Pizza and national chain Peet's Coffee have leased about 2,000 square feet at Insignia on M at 110 M Street SE, according to a statement. It will be the second D.C.-area Oath Pizza, with the first located in the Mosaic District in Fairfax.
Peet's, on the other hand, is well-established in the D.C. area -- this will be its 23rd location in the D.C. metro.

"The two retailers have claimed prime storefronts atop the Ballpark-Navy Yard Metro station, steps from numerous neighborhood amenities, including Nationals Park," the statement adds. "Oath, at the corner of M Street and the alley, and Peet’s, facing New Jersey Avenue, join Bethesda Bagels, which opened in the building earlier this year. Retail spaces at the corner of New Jersey Avenue and L Street (1,500sf) and New Jersey Avenue and M Street (3,000sf) which open to an elaborately landscaped 60-foot plaza featuring café seating and gardens are currently available for lease."
