Woman, 48, With Fatal Gunshot Wound Found By Police In Trinidad Area
Christine Chase, 48, of no fixed address, was found with a fatal gunshot wound Friday night in the Trinidad neighborhood.

WASHINGTON, DC — D.C. homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting Friday night of 48-year-old Christine Chase of no fixed address, according to a police release.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department found Chase suffering from a gunshot wound after they had been called around 10:47 p.m. to the 1200 block of Raum Street, Northeast for the report of a shooting.
Emergency medical personnel examined Chase and determined that she had died. Her body was later taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the report of a shooting.

MPD is currently offering a reward of up to $25,000 for anyone who supplies information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any person responsible for a homicide in the District.
