Northwest Man Stabbed To Death In Brightwood: Police

WASHINGTON, DC — Homicide detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department are investigating a fatal stabbing that took place Wednesday afternoon in the Brightwood area, according to a police report.

Around 12:46 p.m., officers from the Fourth District responded to a residential building in the 1300 block of Missouri Ave., N.W. They found an adult man inside of a hallway in the building suffering from stab wounds. D.C. Fire and EMS determined the victim showed no signs consistent with life and later transported him to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

MPD identified the decedent as Sa’id Grey, 40, of Northwest.
