Panda Plummets After Branch Breaks At DC Zoo (Video)
No worries though, as Bei Bei was right back to playing.
WASHINGTON, DC -- Giant panda Bei Bei had quite the spill at the National Zoo in D.C. recently after the branch he was playing on broke, sending him crashing to the ground. There's no need to worry, however, as Bei Bei popped back up and resumed playing immediately.
The video is embedded below. You can see Bei Bei having a grand old time, venturing farther and farther out on a limb that could barely support him as it is, so his epic tumble was inevitable.
Almost right away, he's climbing back up the tree. It just goes to show that being a giant panda at the National Zoo is truly the life.
