The cherry blossoms hit peak bloom over the weekend, and some amazing photos circulated on social media.
WASHINGTON, DC -- The cherry blossoms finally reached peak bloom in Washington, D.C. over the weekend, and photographers were ready to capture some amazing photos in the warm sunlight that finally emerged from the recent cold snap.
It's not too late to catch the trees in all their glory, as the warmth should stick around, but the sun may not as the week goes on.
