The Redskins Are Having Big Problems Right Now: Report

Tickets to Sunday's Redskins-Cardinals tilt reportedly are cheaper than a beer at FedEx Field.

Who wants to watch a 5-8 team take on a 6-7 team on a cold Sunday in December at FedEx Field? Apparently, not many. And as a result, it looks like the Washington Redskins are having major problems filling their stadium.

With the Redskins' poor performance in recent weeks, they are now at 5-8 and virtually eliminated from playoff contention. And their ticket prices appear to reflect local enthusiasm for the team. Some tickets at Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals are selling for as little as $6 on StubHub, according to a WTOP report -- meaning it's actually cheaper than the beer.

And even if you want decent seats, you won't have to pay much more. Apparently, tickets in the end zone are going for just $11 or $12.

Not bad if you're a fan. Very bad if you're Dan Snyder.

The Redskins are 5-8 and in third place in the NFC East after getting crushed by the San Diego Chargers 30-13 last week. They have a home game against the Denver Broncos next week, and wrap up the season on New Year's Eve on the road against the New York Giants.
