Slashing Attack In Chinatown Under Investigation: Video
DC Police released a video of a person of interest in connection with a Jan. 16 assault with a knife case in Chinatown.

WASHINGTON, DC -- The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a person of interest in connection with with a Jan. 16 slashing incident in Chinatown, according to a police release. MPD is investigating the incident as an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
On Thursday, Jan. 16, around 12:55 a.m., the victim was involved in a physical altercation with the suspect in the 600 block of H Street, N.W. The suspect slashed the victim with a knife before fleeting the scene. The victim was taken to an area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
