'Spiderman: Homecoming’ Trailer Features Wild Washington Monument Stunt [VIDEO]

Peter Parker a.k.a. Spider-Man will be scaling the Washington Monument and doing battle with Vulture there in the new Marvel film.

WASHINGTON, DC — A new trailer for the new Spider-Man: Homecoming movie has been released, and a crazy stunt on the Washington Monument will be a big part of Marvel's new blockbuster.

The trailer opens with Spider-Man perched at the very top of the Washington Monument with a helicopter filled with police officers hovering next to him. Later in the clip, Spider-Man can be seen crawling up the side of the Washington Monument and then crashing through one of the windows at the top.

The number of shots both outside the Washington Monument and inside suggests that there will be a major scene in the movie taking place there, and perhaps the film's climactic event.
