Summer of Discontent: What Metro Riders are Saying Online About WMATA
New problems at Gallery Place and Courthouse have riders sounding off.

Everyone knows D.C.-area residents like to gripe, but what is going on with WMATA may go down in history.
Yet more problems emerged yesterday as firefighters converged on the Courthouse Metro station on the Orange Line and a smoke and fire incident at Gallery Place on the Red Line had Metro chief Paul Wiedefeld defending his handling of the system to the press.
