Surveillance Video Captures Forced Entry Into Southeast Business

DC Police are asking the public's help in identifying a person who broke into a Washington Highlands business early on Tuesday.

WASHINGTON, DC -- The Metropolitan Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying a person of interest in connection with an early morning burglary of a Washington Highlands business, according to a police release.

On Tuesday, Jan. 14, around 3:06 a.m., surveillance cameras captured video of an individual breaking into a business in the 4100 block of Wheeler Road, S.E. The video shows the subject gaining access to the business by kicking through ceiling tiles.
