Suspect Sought In Shooting On Benning Road: Police Report
D.C. Police are asking the public's help in identifying a suspect in a shooting incident that took place Sunday in Northwest.

WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department detectives from the Sixth District are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in connection with an assault with a dangerous weapon (gun) offense that took place Sunday night on Benning Road, according to a police release.
On Sunday, March 1, around 11:27 p.m., the suspect approached the victim in the 4400 block of Benning Road, N.E., pointed a handgun and shot at the victim. The suspect fled the scene and no injuries were reported.
MPD released photos of the suspect captured on a nearby surveillance camera.
