4 Suspects Sought In 2 Armed Carjackings: DC Police
Metropolitan Police Department detectives are asking the public's help in identifying four suspects in connection with two carjackings.
WASHINGTON, DC — Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division of the Metropolitan Police Department are asking the public's help in locating four suspects in two armed carjackings that took place Saturday, one Downtown and the other at the Capitol Waterfront, according to a police release.
In the first incident, the suspects approached the victim, who was sitting in her vehicle around 3:35 p.m., in the 1100 block of 15th St. They entered the vehicle, displayed a gun and demanded her property. The victim handed over her wallet, before exiting the vehicle. The suspects drove away in her vehicle, which was later recovered.
In the second incident, around 5:54 p.m., the victim was sitting in his vehicle in the 1000 block of 4th Street, S.E., when the suspects approached him and brandished a gun. The victim exited his vehicle, and the suspects left the scene in his vehicle.

MPD posted a video on its YouTube channel of the suspects and released photos of them captured on a surveillance camera.

Police ask anyone with information about these individuals in the photos to call 202-727-9099 or text a tip to the MPD's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. MPD is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of individuals responsible for any violent crime in the District.
