Syrian lives now matter, Black Lives still don’t

Trump’s “America First” lie didn’t last too long, on Monday April 3, Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered Justice Department officials to review reform agreement consent decrees with troubled police forces nationwide, throwing into question whether any of the consent decrees will stay in place. Then, 3 days later on Thursday Trump ordered a missile strike in Syria in retaliation for the regime’s alleged use of chemical weapons against its people.

According to the Trump Regime, dozens of people killed in Syria is more important than the hundreds of blacks shot by America’s police; and all this within a span of 3 days. So much for the “America First” and “Make America Great Again” lies. Middle East Syrians are more important than American Blacks.

In between on Wednesday April 5, at a White House Press conference -in response to a question about Syria- Trump said “I’m not saying I’m doing anything one way or the other, but I’m certainly not going to be telling you”. Of course, the reality is that Trump has been telling the world for years what he would do about Syria- nothing. He has said this repeatedly, over and over and they get the news in Syria also. Trump told everyone he would stay out of Syria and Syria took Jeff Sessions declaring open season on Blacks in America Monday as a green light to do as they please with their own people the very next morning. So the reality is that Trump, himself caused the chemical death of those Syrian babies with his ignorant rhetoric. He has no one to blame but himself.
