Flight Wine Bar, 777 6th St NW.

A Yelp user said, "Great place to sample a HUGE amount of wine. Pricey, but of course it's for getting a great selection of wine. The bartender who served us took the time to explain each wine that we were interested in drinking, and for the 3 for $18 deal that we ended up getting, she explained each one - meaning taste, year, history, and where it came from."

Bin 1301 Wine Bar, 1301 U St NW.

A Yelp user said, "Live music, good wine & a patio! This vibe is perfect. I was looking for a low key night with my friends and some live music and that is exactly what we got at Bin 1301. You don't have to pay a cover, but tipping the band is always appreciated. Not only was there a big wine selection, but also draft beers."

Bar a Vin, 1035 31st St. NW.

A Yelp user said, "Tried this new wine bar for the first time and sat outside. Fell in love! Ordered the cheese plate Plat du Fromage for $15 - the three French different cheeses. So delicious I ordered a second! Very good white and red wines offered at happy hour prices. Excellent service. I will be a regular. And inside there is a fireplace in one room - look forward to being there when weather gets cold again."

ENO Wine Bar, 2810 Pennsylvania Ave. NW

A Yelp user said, "Eno Wine bar is a small restaurant right next to For Seasons Hotel and it is beautiful. Upon walking in, there was a bar and a few small dining tables. It has the atmosphere of Southern France with a abstract wood chandelier. I ordered the Eno Wine Experience with a bottle of red wine. They match the charcuterie and cheese pairings with the wine selection. The bread was delicious along with real honey from a honeycomb and slightly tart mustard. I really enjoyed the quick bite before heading to Four Seasons."

La Jambe, 1550 7th St NW.

A Yelp user said, "I have to be honest and say I have never liked wine bars, but this place changed my mind. It has a lovely European atmosphere and decor with a large round bar. Besides the great wines by the glass they also have interesting cocktails such as the one I had with gin, chartreuse garnished with basil and a cherry. Really friendly service."
