WASHINGTON, DC — A sleek new top-level bar is coming to the Wharf InterContinental Hotel on April 17. Called 12 Stories, the industrial-style space is located at 801 Wharf St. SW, on the 12th floor of the luxury waterfront hotel. The modern bar comes from Gerber Group, a hospitality company behind favorites like New York City's Mr. Purple and Atlanta's Whiskey Blue.

The 3,500-square-foot space boasts industrial-chic design touches, including wired pendulum lighting, concrete flooring, and velvet and leather furniture.

The 13-foot floor-to-ceiling-windows offer stunning views of the nation's capitol. Guests will be able to spot the Washington Monument, Hains Point, plus the Jefferson, Lincoln, and Air Force memorials.
