Trump Rally Planned For January 6 In Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC — President Donald Trump announced on New Year's Day that he would be hosting a "BIG Protest Rally" in Washington, D.C.

The rally is slated for 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, according to Trump. A location for the rally was not disclosed, but Trump said it would be forthcoming.

Trump, whose term will end Jan. 20, has not conceded to President-Elect Joe Biden.

Jan. 6 is the day Congress will meet to certify electoral college results.

This is the latest rally for Trump since the November election.

A Dec. 12 rally pro-Trump rally in the capital ended with four stabbed, 33 arrested and two police officers injured.

A pro-Trump demonstration in November drew at least 10,000 people to the capital for an event that culminated in clashes between activists and Trump's loyalists near the White House.
