Vehicle Of Interest Sought In Grant Park Homicide
D.C. Police are asking the public's help in locating a vehicle of interest in connection with a Sept. 7 homicide in Grant Park.
WASHINGTON, DC — Homicide detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department released photos of a vehicle of interest in connection with a Sept. 7 fatal shooting in Grant Park, according to a police release.
Around 10:30 p.m., officers from the Sixth District were dispatched to the 300 block of 55th St., N.E., for the sound of gunshots. They found an adult man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. D.C. Fire and EMS transported the victim to a nearby hospital, but all life-saving efforts failed and he was pronounced dead.
Police identified the decedent as Tracey James Lee, 44, of Northeast.

MPD released photos of a vehicle of interest in connection with this case that were captured on a nearby surveillance camera. Anyone with information about the vehicle or this case is asked to call 202-727-9099 or send a text message to 50411.
