Video: DC Police Seek Suspects In Deanwood Fatal Shooting

WASHINGTON, DC — Metropolitan Police Department homicide detectives are asking the public's help in identifying two persons of interest in connection with a March 1 fatal shooting in Deanwood, according to a police release.

Officers from the Sixth District responded around 2:02 p.m., for the report of gunshots in the 4900 block of Nash Street, N.E. Arriving officers discovered an adult male inside a residence suffering from a gunshot wound. D.C. Fire and EMS personnel examined the victim and found no signs of life. The decedent, who was later identified as Miguel Romero, of Northeast, was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

A surveillance camera captured video of the persons of interest and their vehicle. MPD posted the video on its official YouTube channel Friday:
