Woman Attacked While Walking To Gym In Capitol Hill: Report
Police are looking for a suspect after a man reportedly put a woman in a chokehold.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A man grabbed a woman and put her in a chokehold as she was walking to the gym in the Capitol Hill neighborhood recently, according to a report.
Fox 5 reports that the woman, who said her name was Lexi, was walking on 4th Street near E Street SE shortly before 6 a.m. on Aug. 23 when she was attacked, and she lost consciousness briefly as a result.
She said the man grabbed her hair and slammed her head against the pavement, and then he punched her in the face three times.

The man didn't try to take any of her belongings. She was taken to the hospital where she was treated for a broken nose and concussion, according to the report.
