May Day Market Brings a Celebration of Spring to Belleair
BELLEAIR, FL — Families, garden lovers, and community members are invited to celebrate the beauty of spring at the May Day Market, a one-day artisan market and native plant experience taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Hunter Park in Belleair.
Hosted by the Belleair Garden Club in partnership with Candles for Caterpillars, this thoughtfully curated outdoor market will feature a vibrant mix of local vendors offering artisan goods, plants, handmade items, and specialty foods—all in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
Guests can expect a colorful spring atmosphere filled with unique shopping, garden inspiration, and opportunities to connect with local makers and growers. From handcrafted goods to pollinator-friendly plants, the May Day Market celebrates the creativity and natural beauty of the Belleair community.
We’re bringing together a select group of vendors offering:
• Artisan goods
• Plants and garden-related items
• Handmade and locally crafted products
• Specialty food and beverage offerings
In addition to enjoying delicious specialty foods, gourmet beverages and shopping, families are encouraged to stop by the children’s potting corner, where kids can enjoy a hands-on gardening activity and take home their own planted creation—making this event as fun for little ones as it is for adults. Guests can also enjoy a “Make a Bouquet” experience, where they can create their own fresh floral arrangement to take home.
“This event is a wonderful way to bring the community together while celebrating gardens, pollinators, and the start of the spring season,” said organizers. “We’re especially excited to create an experience that families can enjoy together.”
The May Day Market is free of charge, and open to the public. Hunter Memorial Park is located just off Indian Rocks Road at 500 Gardenia Street in Belleair.Free parking is available at the park and on nearby streets.
