Early Voting for Republican Presidential Primary Kicks Off Today
Locally, residents can vote at the Riverview Branch Library and the Bloomingdale Regional Library.

If you're one of the 231,953 registered Republicans in Hillsborough County, you have a chance to vote early in the Jan. 31 Republican Presidential Preference Primary.
In Hillsborough County, early voting for the Presidential Preference Primary starts today. All early vote locations at public libraries and governmental buildings will be open.
Unlike Election Day, voters can cast their ballot at any of the 15 early voting locations throughout Hillsborough County.
"In addition to convenient early voting sites, voters can now click on the early vote link on our website, and get real-time indicators of wait times at each early voting polling site," said Supervisor of Elections Earl Lennard.
Excluding Sundays, early voting will take place from Monday, Jan. 16 until Saturday, Jan. 28. Hours of operation vary depending on the early voting site. Locations and hours of operation are available at www.VoteHillsborough.org.

Remember to bring a valid photo and signature ID when you go to vote.
Examples of acceptable valid photo ID include:
- Florida Driver License
- Florida ID Card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
- Debit or Credit Card
- Military ID
- Student ID
- Retirement Center ID
- Neighborhood Association ID
- Public Assistance ID
