The Brandon Christian Women's Connection will host its spring luncheon, "Turning Your Brown Thumb Green," with advice from Rob Smith of Lowes, Monday, March 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Special Events Center at Bell Shoals Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Rd., Brandon. The cost is $13. Speaker Maria Goodsell will discuss "If freedom is priceless, why does it cost so much?"
