The Copper Bell Cafe, 401 N. Parsons Ave., Brandon, will resume its Cooking for a Cause fundraisers starting June 11 and running throughout the summer.
The first celebrity chef on June 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. will be state Rep. Rachel Burgin, R-Riverview who will be cooking up chicken Parmesan for hungry diners. The meal will include Caesar salad and garlic bread for $10. Proceeds will go to the Brandon Outreach Clinic, which provides free medical care to residents who don't qualify for government assistance.
Residents can order in advance at www.copperbellcafe.com and have their orders delivered.
