The Little Shoppes of Winthrop Town Centre will host a Ladies Night Out March 10 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. This event will kick off the start of the shops' spring sales and specials. There will be free wine and food offered. Free vendor spaces are still available. Call Desiree at 813-638-1354.
