The Youth Committee of the Brandon Elks Lodge 2383, 800 Centennial Lodge Dr., Brandon, will host a host a pancake buffet breakfast Sunday, Jan. 22 from 8 to 11 a.m. for $6. The menu includes blueberry, pecan and chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs or made-to-order omelets, home fries, grits, gravy and biscuits, toast, fruit and juice.
