MOSI Celebrates National Robotics Week All Month Long

Robotics activities (included with MOSI admission) will be taking place in MOSI’s Idea Zone all month long. Specific paid programming also is available.

From Robot Wreckers to Minecraft Minions, guests can experience the fun and excitement of building and programming a robot. Included with their MOSI admission, guests can participate in robotic activities such as building their own robot, maneuvering their robot through an obstacle course, building robotic grabbers with LEGOs® and performing experiments with their robots.

National Robotics Week (April 4 – 10) recognizes robotics technology as a pillar of 21st century American innovation and highlights its growing importance in a wide variety of application areas. At the same time, robotics is proving to be uniquely adept at enabling students of all ages to learn important science, technology, engineering, art and math (S.T.E.A.M.) concepts and inspiring them to pursue careers in S.T.E.A.M.-related fields.
