• Daytime Mosquito Treatment By Air This Week In Bloomingdale, Palm River, East Tampa And East Lake (ospreyobserver.com) — Bloomingdale neighborhoods will see low-flying helicopters today through Friday as Hillsborough County conducts daytime aerial mosquito treatments to curb dengue-carrying mosquitoes. Crews will apply a targeted larvicide over standing water, while residents are urged to wear protective clothing, use approved repellents, and dump standing water. You can also track spray missions and sign up for treatment alerts online.
