Elmridge Protection is seeking an experienced administrative person to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, deliveries, while utilizing our CRM customer relationship management system and provide support to our sales management team.  Our ideal candidate is task ready, experienced professional, with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. We expect an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication and organizational skills. This candidate should be able to speak with administrators, current and potential new customers in person, by phone and email at moment notice to easily contribute to the existing high quality customer service of the company. Reliability and accountability is expected.
