Kaufman Lynn Construction Promotes Tim Bonczek & Elaine Hinsdale

One of the top contractors in South Florida, Kaufman Lynn Construction, has promoted two executives as the company kicks off a busy new year. Tim Bonczek was promoted to Vice President of Operational Excellence and Innovation and Elaine Hinsdale has been promoted to Vice President of Integrated Marketing.

In this newly created position, Bonczek, the former Operations Vice President, will be responsible for the construction company’s quality control, safety, training, technology research and the implementation of operational and interdepartmental efficiencies across the company. Bonczek has been with Kaufman Lynn for more than 12 years.

Hinsdale, who was most recently Kaufman Lynn’s Director of Integrated Marketing for nearly two years, manages the company’s marketing department which handles the company’s project proposals, collateral materials, advertising, media outreach, brand awareness and all internal communication. Prior to joining Kaufman Lynn, Hinsdale was a member of the marketing and communications team for at Florida Power & Light Company and previously was director of corporate communications with Lockheed Martin Corporation for more than a decade.
