4 Injured, Including 2 Children, After Bradenton Crash on 75th Street West Tuesday: FHP
A car crossed into the lane of an SUV driving north on 75th Street West in Bradenton, hitting it twice, Tuesday morning, FHP said.
BRADENTON, FL — Four people, including two toddlers, were injured after a Bradenton crash Tuesday morning, Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
A 27-year-old Bradenton woman was driving a car north on 75th Street West near 34th Avenue West in the inside lane with two children — a 1-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl — as her passengers just before noon Tuesday.
At the same time, an SUV driven by a 66-year-old Bradenton woman was also traveling north on 75th Street West in the outside lane.

The 27-year-old entered the SUV's lane, hitting its left side. Her car went into the median and hit a tree, then reentered the lanes and hit the SUV a second time, FHP said.
The car came to a stop in the northbound inside lane of 75th Street West, while the SUV came to a controlled stop on the sidewalk.

The 27-year-old was critically injured in the accident, while the 2-year-old was seriously injured. Both the 1-year-old and 66-year-old suffered minor injuries in the crash.
