BRADENTON, FL — Five small businesses are moving into the retail spaces on the bottom floor of the City Centre parking garage in downtown Bradenton.

- Orange Blossom Coffee, which will serve coffee and grab-and-go treats
- The Stoked Flamingo, which will sell men’s fashions
- Pink & Navy, which will sell give-back brands
- The Beach Shop, which will sell beachy and touristy goods
- Millie’s Sweets and Treats, a hand-dipped ice cream shop
The ice cream and coffee shops require plumbing and electricity upgrades to their spaces — “plans drawn, permits pulled, that sort of thing — and will take longer to open than the other three, which are close to being ready, but not quite,” Jeannie Roberts, the city’s communications coordinator, said in an email.
All five owners “are in various states of readiness,” she added.
