PALMETTO, FL β€” A 90-year-old Palmetto woman was found safe Monday evening after a silver alert was issued for her, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.

Marbara Lee Childress left her home in the 400 block of Tropic Drive Monday around 7 a.m. and didn't return as expected, MCSO said.

She was last seen driving her burgundy 2019 Ford Edge SUV with a Michigan tag that reads β€œEND5040.” She was wearing a turtleneck and blue pants with white stripes.

She has health conditions and was considered endangered, the sheriff’s office said.
