WHY: Join us for an exciting and rare opportunity to meet this historical group of women attending the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League’s 73rd Reunion, which is taking place in Sarasota, October 20-23, 2016. These are the women portrayed in the hit blockbuster movie “A League of Their Own.”

Guests will have the chance to meet, greet and receive autographs from 20 former AAGPBL players who played for the Belles, Sallies, Redwings, Lassies, Colleens, Peaches, Chicks, Blue Sox, Comets and Daisies. Entry is $20 and will benefit the Women’s Sports Museum.

The Women’s Sports Museum Kick-Off Gala, occurring October 22, 2016, has been scheduled alongside the AAGPBL’s 73rd Reunion, as this museum is inspired by them as well as other great women in all sports.
