Bank Robbery Suspect Identified, Sought: Bradenton Police
A bank robber passed a note to a teller demanding money at a Regions Bank Thursday morning, Bradenton police said.

BRADENTON, FL — Jaquez Deon Barnes, 23, has been identified as the suspect who robbed the Regions Bank at 5009 Manatee Ave. Thursday morning, the Bradenton Police Department said in a news release.
Now, investigators are asking for public assistance in finding him.

Barnes passed a note demanding money to a bank teller around 9:30 a.m. He left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
During the robbery, he didn’t display a weapon and no one was injured. Several customers were in the bank at the time.

The suspect was initially described as a Black male in his mid to late twenties with a thin build, police said. He was wearing pink pants and a gray sweater, and had long, black hair, which may be a wig.
