12 Wines of Christmas at Carmel Cafe

Countdown to Christmas with a different wine each night at amazingly festive pricing. The prices decrease by $1 each evening, until we finish on Christmas Eve with a $1 Champagne toast!

The popular 12 Wines of Christmas nightly wine tasting event returns to Carmel Cafe & Wine Bar, beginning Dec. 13 with a different wine offered at a decreasing price through
Christmas Eve.

Select wines from some of the world’s finest vineyards will be offered from 5 p.m. until closing for 12 consecutive nights at Carmel Cafe located at 8433 Cooper Creek Boulevard in Sarasota.

“The 12 Wines of Christmas has become a tradition that our guests look forward to because it offers them an opportunity to enjoy some outstanding wines for an exceptional price,” said Terry Ryan, a founding partner of Carmel Café.

Carmel Café’s signature cuisine is described as Mod Med, a modern interpretation of foods and flavors traditionally associated with Mediterranean countries such as Italy, Spain, France, Greece and Morocco. The menu includes seasonal dishes that highlight produce and other ingredients when they are freshest and most flavorful.

Carmel Café & Wine Bar is open for lunch 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Brunch from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.  Dinner 5 - 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 5 – 9 p.m. on Sundays.
