Chef Jerry Kubeck at Charisma Cafe

Tired of the same old restaurant fare?  Chef Jerry Kubeck, our good friend, supporter, fabulous chef and owner of SimplyDelish! has announced his new relationship with in the Village of the Arts in Bradenton at 1004 10th Ave West.

Finally finding a home for serving his amazing foods, SimplyDelish! will open as SimplyDelish!@Charisma Cafe on July 5th.  That includes the Friday night Artwalk on July 6th.  Transitioning from the well received pastries sold at the Bradenton Farmer's Market, Chef Jerry is offering some of the most requested recipes from his catering business and is adding some new entrees making for a unique dining experience.

Offering dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, the menu offers a comfortable but a modern view of Chef Jerry's take on food.  The combination of Beets and Pears Napolean and Watermelon Salsa are served with gourmet flatbread as two of the appetizer selections.  Meatloaf served with a Raspberry Chipotle Pepper sauce glaze, and Pecan crusted Pork Loin offer a new take on entrees in addition to a classic take on a pan seared New York strip.These dishes will take your tastebuds for a gourmet ride.

The desserts are a fitting way to complete your dinner. Four selections give guests real insight into the mind behind the chef. There is a Ricotta Pound cake with Orange and Grand Marnier, a Mint Chocolate Brownie, a Hot Chocolate Cake, and a cheese, fruit and chocolate plate.
