Feedback on Your Feed Wanted
we want to hear about your restaurant favorites and what needs a re do or just plain do over--PR pros do not apply though, this is for the eating pulbic--your customers so you might want to .
Funny—I was part way through a blog and took a dinner break.
When I returned, the blog was missing and that confirmed my misgivings: I am not going to post my negative comments about this season's restaurant losers.

I do go back and forth however. Sometimes places just need a finger shaking to say shame on you. Sometimes an owner needs to go to anger management class and Hospitality 101 more than once, and sometimes a competitor needs to tune out on Facebook.
So, at the end of the day I am not quite sure- Do you want my honest feedback, knowing reviews are subjective, or for AOL, do I tell you how I feel—the good, the bad and the miscooked?

I leave this to my readers. Tell me what You want to read (PR people stay out of the way).
For now le't shave the disucssion— what makes a good restaurant review, what should the ground rules be and for goodness sakes let's be nice even when we are critical.
So...
- Who has the best deals?
- Who are the nicest restaurant managers?
- Who need to go back to hospitality school?
- Who are the BEST chefs and why?
- Who makes the best breads and who sells the best steaks?
- Who needs a menu change and who needs a whole do-over?
I have gathered about 8 professionals and we will value your comments...and who knows, we might end up reviewing a few places together.
I look forward to reading your feedback and food goodness sakes—someone tell me where I can get a good pastrami sandwich!
