Local Soldier Ties A Special Knot On A Special Vessel

Local MOTS Veteran Ties The Knot

SFC Scott Driscoll and Mary Dunn were married January 31st, a beautiful, balmy 74 degree day, aboard the Floating Chapel On the Bay.  The weather, the guests, the bride and groom, and the cake all came together without a hitch, making this tieing of the proverbial "knot" truly a perfect wedding.

Two Captains, Jill and Orca, were on board to officiate and to steer the chapel. The unique watercraft, adorned with stained glass windows and blue gingerbread trim, glided out into the intra-coastal to drop anchor for the ceremony.

Blissful is the word that comes to mind when I try to describe the event to people. The photos tell it all, so be sure and scroll through them.  Everyone at MOTS wishes all the best for these two very special people.
