November ArtWalk Celebrates Festival of the Skeletons in the Village of the Arts

VILLAGE-WIDE EVENT!

Village of the Arts celebrates the 7th Annual Dia de los Muertos, "FESTIVAL OF THE SKELETONS," Friday, Nov.2, 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, Nov.3, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Stroll through the quaint luminaria lit village of over 35 galleries and 5 restaurants to the strains of Mexican music while viewing life size artist decorated skeletons and family shrines. Enjoy local Mexican food as you participate in celebrating the life of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo at the artists decorated traditional Dia de los Muertos Community Shrine in the village park and Memory Wall to Loved Ones.

Don't miss this unforgettable weekend in Celebration of Life in the Mexican tradition. Village of the Arts, Bradenton, 4 blocks south of Manatee Avenue between 9th Street West and 14th Street West.
