Permits Issued for Arts & Eats Construction

Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery in the Village of the Arts received permits to start construction.

As a follow up to yesterday's blog posting, we're thrilled and excited to report that our contractor, Mike Lynch, has received the permits to begin construction. I'll post photos as the work progresses.  

Jim checked out the work yesterday and they're at the demolition phase now.  This old house is getting a major facelift!
