Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announces its spring Taste the Season two-course prix fixe menu. This limited time offer is available from now through May 31, 2013 and features innovative culinary choices inspired by the season.
The culinary experience begins with Oven Roasted Baby Beets and Whipped Chèvre Salad followed by a Cedar, Orange and Tea-Smoked Filet Mignon with Lemon-Garlic Butter, Spring Mushroom and Toasted Pine Nut Ragout, and Prosciutto Wrapped Green Beans. The seasonal menu also includes a cocktail – the signature Havana Spice Mojito for $9.95 and Chef has prepared a great ending to the experience with a Blueberry Almond Cream Tartlet for $7.95.
