This Old Bungalow gets Handicap Access

The construction on 1114 12th Street West in the Village of the Arts for Arts & Eats is progressing very nicely.  We now have a handicap parking spot (it's larger than the house) and the start of a handicap ramp.  We're installing a handicap accessible bathroom sometime very soon.  

We selected colors for the interior walls and trim and gave them to the painter.  It's quite a rainbow:  blues, greens, yellow, and purple.  You'll definitely know that you're in the Village of the Arts upon entering Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery.

We expect the kitchen hood and fire suppression system to go in within a few weeks.  It's getting very exciting!  

We can actually see the end of this phase of building our dream to making it happen.
