What: Riverview Pointe Preserve/DeSoto Memorial Nature and Plant ID Tour

When: Saturday, 9 to 11 a.m.

Where: Riverview Pointe Preserve, 8250 DeSoto Memorial Hwy., Bradenton

Manatee County extension master gardener volunteers will lead you on an educational stroll. Stroll through the beautiful Riverview Pointe Preserve and learn about Florida’s native plants and inhabitants of a coastal environment. Learn more about this tour.


What: GreyHawk Landing Neighborhood Garage Sale

When: Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: The GreyHawk Landing neighborhood in Bradenton, located off East State Road 64 between Lakewood Ranch Road and Rye Road E.

What: Starlight Movie Night: “The Bad News Bears”

When: Saturday, 7:15 p.m.

Where: Manatee County Performing Arts Center, 401 7th Street W, Bradenton

Enjoy a free outdoor screening of this 1976 classic. This presentation is a partnership with the Bradenton Marauders and is sponsored by the Bradenton Kiwanis. Bring chairs, blankets, coolers and snacks. Learn more about this screening.


What: Rhea Lana’s of Manatee Spring 2021 Family Shopping Event

When: Saturday, noon to 10 p.m.; Sunday, 9 a.m. to noon

Where: Bradenton Area Convention Center, One Haben Blvd., Palmetto

Shop with the whole family at one of the country’s premier children’s consignment events. Entry is free on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets to the launch party on Thursday and early shopping Thursday and Friday are available here.
