How long have you been cooking? 14 years; I started in the Boston area.

Do you cook at home? Yeah, on the charcoal grill. Just hot dogs, hamburgers, and suff like that — and corn on the cob. Just simple things because I’m too tired when I get home.

What is your favorite comfort food? Oatmeal. I used to have all the time when I was my son’s age. (Kamden is 4 years old). It makes you strong.

Other than your restaurant, where else do you like to eat in Bradenton? We don’t go out to eat much.

They accept all major credit. There also is free Wi-Fi access and free customer parking.
