Quotable: Duggan: “It was my first snook in over a year. It came out from under the dock, so it was thrashing around real hard. I had the drag cranked down tight so I guess it was just enough to get him out, because I had to grab the spool because he was still taking drag. Then I got him to the boat and said, 'Holy crap. That's a big fish!' "
