Quotable: Capt. Larry McGuire: "Red snapper had just opened up, and I think we had eight snapper. There's a lot of red snapper out there. The reason I think there's more red snapper because the shrimp boats can't afford to run out anymore. They used to run nets where red snapper are and kill the young ones. That's my opionion."
